About Us – mytown88 Malaysia's VIP Casino Platform

Our Story

mytown88 was founded with a single conviction: that Malaysian players deserve a world-class online gaming experience — one that feels as premium as any VIP lounge in Kuala Lumpur, but accessible from wherever you are, whether that's Bangsar, Petaling Jaya, Penang Hill, or a kopitiam in Johor Bahru.

Over seven years of continuous operation, mytown88 has grown from a boutique sports betting outlet into one of Malaysia's most comprehensive digital gaming platforms. Today we host over 1,200 games spanning live dealer tables, high-RTP video slots, real-time football betting, crash games, and lottery-style instant wins — all accessible through a single account,24 hours a day.

"We set out to build something that Malaysian players would genuinely enjoy — fast payouts, honest odds, games that work reliably on mobile, and support staff who actually understand the local context."

We have always prioritised the trust of our community above short-term growth. That means transparent terms, clearly explained bonuses with no hidden rolovers, and a responsible gaming programme that gives every player the tools they need to stay in control. mytown88 is not just a platform — it is a long-term commitment to the Malaysian gaming community.

Our Mission & Values

Six principles that guide every decision we make at mytown88

Player Trust First

We earn trust through consistent actions — transparent odds, clearly written terms, and payouts that arrive without unnecessary delays or excuses. Trust is not a marketing claim; it is an operational standard.

Speed & Reliability

Slow platforms cost players money and enjoyment. Our infrastructure is enginered for sub-second response times and handles the volume spikes that come with EPL match days and major UFC events without stuttering.

Responsible Gaming

We believe gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. Every mytown88 account includes deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools that are free, easy to access, and respected immediately.

Malaysian Community Focus

From Liga Super Malaysia match odds to Touch'n Go eWallet deposits, every feature at mytown88 is shaped around the actual habits and preferences of Malaysian players — not copy-pasted from a Western template.

Premium VIP Experience

Our Black Diamond tier members receive dedicated account managers, elevated withdrawal limits, and exclusive promotions. We believe exceptional players deserve exceptional treatment — full stop.

Security & Privacy

256-bit TLS encryption, segregated player fund accounts, and a strict no-data-selling policy protect every member. Your personal and financial data stays on our platform — it is never sold or shared with third parties.

Our Commitments to Malaysian Players

Concrete, measurable promises — not vague marketing language

Local Payment Priority

We support nine local payment channels — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong — because convenience in MYR should never be an afterthought.

5-Minute Withdrawal Target

Our average withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts. When you win, you should not have to wait days to access your funds.

Competitive, Transparent Odds

Our sportsbook margin targets are kept low across football, UFC, and Liga Super Malaysia markets. We publish clear odds explanations so you always know what you are betting on.

24/7 English Support

Our customer support team operates around the clock via live chat. Whether it is a payment query at 3 AM or a bonus clarification during a live EPL match, we are here.

Mobile-First Platform

The mytown88 platform is fully optimised for Android and iOS browsers. No app download required — everything loads instantly over a standard Malaysian4G or WiFi connection.

Certified Fair Play

All game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited by third-party laboratories to confirm statistical fairness and integrity.

The People Behind mytown88

Behind every smooth withdrawal and every perfectly rendered live dealer stream is a team that takes platform quality personally. Our team spans product engineering, payments integration, compliance, customer experience, and data analytics — spread across Malaysia and international gaming hubs.

Many of our team members are themselves Malaysian online gaming enthusiasts who understand firsthand what makes an experience feel right — and what makes it frustrating. That insider perspective shapes how we prioritise features, how we write our terms, and how our support team communicates with members.

We hold ourselves to three non-negotiable operating principles:

Never delay a legitimate payout — speed is a form of respect

Write terms that a player can actually read and understand

Support responsible gambling — even when that means reminding players to take a break
