Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on mytown88. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. mytown88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to secure your login details. mytown88 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment channels include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. • The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Only the winings generated through completion of wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• mytown88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes correction of any promotional terms that contain errors.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or exploiting perceived errors in promotional configurations — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.
• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and will not be returned if unused, unless explicitly stated in promotion terms.

All wagers placed on mytown88 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category — including but not limited to sports betting, live dealer casino, slot games, and instant win games. These rules are accessible within each respective game or betting interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mytown88 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any wagering strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than genuine gameplay.
• Coluding with other players, including live dealer games, to influence game outcomes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players, or exploiting any software vulnerabilities detected on the platform.
• Using the platform to process transactions related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mytown88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

mytown88 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant regulatory and law enforcement bodies where required. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned and all balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

mytown88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including without limitation in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or associated policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gambling self-exclusion purposes.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority.

Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach, withdrawal of the account balance may be withheld until an investigation is concluded. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. All content on the mytown88 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of mytown88 or its licensed content providers. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mytown88 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by mytown88's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.

mytown88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via account notification or by a prominently displayed notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
